Groundbreaking is an initiative to bring humanity back into the workplace. We’re looking to collaborate with leaders who are interested in detouring from business as usual, and leading more from the heart than the head.
We believe that real transformation starts not with digital, or data, or even strategy… but rather a deepening of human connection and a desire to create meaning together. This is the grounded source of resilience, flow, and employee and customer loyalty.
We can work with your leadership team or department through a mix of 1:1 coaching and group facilitation to help you break new ground, remove the real underlying blockages, and deepen a commitment to a shared purpose.
Who’s behind Groundbreaking?
Jen Rice here.
I’m a recovering (ie. former) strategy consultant who was solving the problems of corporate growth for global companies through a focus on the customer.
In early 2019 I stepped out of the rat race to roam around Europe and figure out my second half of life. In solitude and introspection across 16 countries, I set aside my overly active left brain in favor of living from the heart.
In addition to launching Groundbreaking with long-time collaborator, Johnnie Moore, I also serve as a transformation coach who helps “rebels with a cause” create more freedom and impact in their lives and work.
I now live in Tbilisi, Georgia (the country, not the state); you’ll find me roaming around the country with my camera when I’m not having fun working. You can contact me at jen (at) jenrice.co or click the button above to access my calendar.
